Why some buzzers don't make sound before being assembled?

It means that the quality of those buzzers is not good. This kind of buzzer is easy to be impacted by environment. For example, vibration during transportation, soldering in the product line(This kind of buzzer can not be wave-soldered or dip soldered),using in an environment where the temperature is too high(60 Degree Celsius) or too low(-20 Degree Celsius). And anti-interference performance is bad. For example, there is magnetic element around(mid-peripheral,coil inductance,transformer,magnet,etc.). All the above conditions will impact the sound of buzzers.
