Working Principle Piezo Bending Actuators for Piezo Pump:
Piezoelectric pump, micro-pump made of inverse piezoelectric effect of piezoelectric ceramic, no motor, no rotating parts, piezoelectric ceramic piece as its power driving source, piezoelectric ceramic piece is shortened or stretched radially under AC driving. At the same time, the elastic substrate is bent and deformed to form alternating vibration, which causes the pump chamber volume to alternately change.
